Exchange Policy for Manufacturing Defects (No Refunds)

We do not offer cash refunds. We only accept exchanges for manufacturing defects confirmed by our team.

Timeframe: you must notify us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Requirements: the piece must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and, if applicable, the certificate. We may request photos, video, and/or physical return for inspection.

Process: if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace it with an identical piece. If out of stock, we will offer (a) the same model when available, or (b) store credit/store note for the amount paid for the product (excluding shipping), depending on availability.

Shipping for exchanges: the Customer covers shipping costs unless Oro Dulce determines otherwise in writing.

No exchanges are accepted for: normal wear, discoloration due to chemicals, impacts, drops, pulling/tearing, improper use, third-party resizing/repairs, incorrect cleaning, loss of stones due to impact, or variations inherent to the design.

Customized Pieces, Engravings, and Special Orders

Customized or made-to-measure pieces are final sale: no exchanges or cancellations once production has started.

Sizing: if you request a size and later need an adjustment, it may incur additional cost and additional time. Adjustments by third parties void any warranty.

Approvals: for special orders, confirmations by message (measurements, engraving text, model) are considered the Customer’s final approval.

Limited Warranty

Oro Dulce warrants the authenticity of 14K gold as described in the product listing.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, exposure to chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, alcohol, creams), extreme humidity, sweating, seawater/salt, heat, improper storage, or natural wear and tear.

Care recommendation: store pieces separately; avoid sleeping or exercising with them; and remove them before showering, swimming, or using chemical products.

Safety, Health, and Responsible Use

Jewelry is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent choking or accidents.
